On one hand we operate as an outsourced IT department for our customers, where they can benefit from access to high levels of skill and expertise without having to maintain the appropriate staff themselves. This includes services such as helpdesk, remote and on-site support, network monitoring and administration as well as solution specification and installation. Whether a customer needs a new laptop, or to overhaul their network to make it fit for the needs of their business, aFinite can help.

We believe in delivering solutions to our customers that allow their businesses to flourish. This ranges from ensuring the digital plumbing underlying a business is sound – the wired and wireless networks, Internet connectivity, email services, server and storage, backup etc. – to looking at their business processes and working with them to identify better ways of working through the use of software systems, be they bespoke or off the shelf.

We identify trends and evaluate them for our customers, considering their needs above ours. There have been several seismic shifts in technology in the recent past.
